About Rebecca

I have significant commercial experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects for Alliance Boots, managing teams of 50+ people covering strategic planning and implementation, brand management, marketing, product development, customer research and people development, and more. As a member of the Leadership Team and Chair of the Steering Group I led the repositioning and subsequent customer engagement of Boots Pharmaceuticals, the UK’s largest healthcare brand – worth £260M. Other project initiatives included the Boots health promotion club and weight management brand, both of which were a commercial success. As a senior leader in a challenging commercial environment I was inspired by the transformational effect that a coaching approach can deliver. Now as an executive coach I work with CEOs, Board members and senior leadership teams across a range of industries including retail, science, manufacturing, banking and public sector.
