About the Speaker
Ian McKechnie
Working for companies such as Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg I led teams developing and implementing innovative technical solutions for brokers and investment managers. For over 11 years I was MD of Clientmind where I designed and delivered training and research solutions to clients in the UK, Europe and Asia, training them in the art of consultative selling, presenting and developing high-performing teams. I became a coach because I realised that many senior people suffer from anxiety, stress and internal narratives that severely limit them. I know, because I was one of them. People get stuck, and I like to help them get unstuck and become the best versions of themselves, living and working at a much higher level.
