About Anna

An Accredited Master Executive Coach with over 20 years of business leadership experience, I understand the challenges of leading large multi-disciplinary teams, delivering organisational change and directing a divisional P&L. Having developed my career at Ashridge Business School and ActionAid, I now work as an independent executive coach working with leaders, either via their organisations or privately. I have coached extensively on executive programs for Henley and Warwick Business Schools and with client organisations, working with senior leaders and executives to accelerate their development to the next level in their careers. Through this work I have coached across a wide range of professions, industries, and scales of organisations.
