An Aziz Leadership Development Programme is a planned modular course, usually consisting of tailored workshops, action learning sets, 1:1 coaching, psychometrics and group coaching that is designed in partnership with the L&D or HR teams of our clients.

Due to the modular nature of our courses, we can design programmes to fit into various budgets. Our rates are extremely competitive, and we would be very happy to discuss the commercial side of a programme with you.
Can we incorporate industry specific training modules into a programme?
We encourage our clients to incorporate specialised industry specific modules into the larger programme. Content and delivery of these modules can be delivered from within the organisation or sourced and provided by Aziz.

We can also provide “programme champions,” senior coaches with excellent track records and experience. These coaches help supervise programmes and provide a single point of administration for any requirements to ensure programme success.
