About Yota

I started my career as a software engineer, moving up into senior roles at Amazon and Yahoo before launching my career as a coach. I am also a visiting lecturer at University College London (UCL) where I talk about Humanistic Leadership and Management. My ultimate goal is a world where human connection, empathy and unconditional support is the norm, where everyone has the resources they need to become the person they want to be, no matter where they are starting. I am on a mission to help people in technology to tune in to their inner confidence and become inspiring leaders. In 2019 I founded the non-profit organisation ‘Together in Tech’ – a vibrant, diverse and inclusive tech community –so that people can find the support they need to thrive working in tech.
