About Josie

I’ve been a leadership development coach for over 6 years. I work with clients located around the world to help them with their communication challenges. This could be handling difficult conversations, building their influence, or helping them get their message across clearly and impactfully at presentations.
Before I transitioned into coaching I worked for premium food and drink companies (including Meantime Brewery and Neal’s Yard Dairy) in sales and account management. It was seeing people’s creativity, intelligence and passion in these companies that inspired me to pursue a career that I love and led me to coaching.
