As Finance Director and FC, I have led a range of multi-located and multi-cultural teams across corporate (Deloitte, IMG, Interpublic) and SME-size businesses.
Within these roles, I helped simplify reporting structures, improved processes, consolidated business units, led staff engagement and supported the integration of teams post-merger.
After receiving transition coaching for a new role, I realised the world of professional development was my next step. I subsequently joined a Top 10 leadership consultancy, EY-Lane4 (formerly Lane4) where I led client teams on large scale transformation programmes (up to 10k client populations) and coached a range of C-suite, director and high-potential executives.
From this emerged my focus on team coaching and decision to complete an MSc. I am active in research projects – my report into financial services teams has been featured in the FT and The Banker.
