We have developed a library of over 100 individual workshop themes from over a decade of experience delivering workshops to meet our clients' needs. If you have a leadership development goal, we will have a workshop topic available to support it.

All our workshops are custom to some extent. Nothing that we deliver is simply “off-the-shelf.” A topic or theme for a workshop is chosen, but the content is always tailored depending on the industry and specific needs of our clients.

We have delivered online 1-hour workshops, as well as intense 2-day workshops including overnight stays at specialist facilities. The scope is up to you.

Certain topics and themes have a recommended participant number for optimal effectiveness. Please speak to our team and we can suggest a workshop suitable for any participant group size.

Aziz will propose the best coaching options to lead the workshop, based on their expertise, skills and experience. Where there may be several suitable coaches for a given theme, we would allow the client to meet with the coaches and determine who they feel is the best fit for their needs.

 

We can also provide a collaborative approach, where we involve more than one coach to deliver a workshop, ensuring we provide the greatest insight and delivery for our clients’ objectives.
