It is often the case that most people score themselves 6-7 out of 10 on a ten point scale and it doesn’t point you in the way of any support or development.
It does however raise awareness of the key issues in developing senior gravitas.
So the challenge is to read the definitions and reflect on how you might score yourself or others might score you.
Use it as a prompt for a conversation with someone you trust.
