About Tony
I worked for 25 years at Novartis, the Swiss pharmaceutical corporation, starting my career there as a Marketing Manager before progressing through country CEO positions to Regional CEO for EMEA. In my last role I led the European business to be the top-performing region for two successive years in terms of revenue growth and profitability. During my corporate career it was the mentoring and coaching of young, ambitious, high-potential talents that gave me the greatest satisfaction and pride. I saw coaching as a way of focussing my energies on supporting the development of leaders challenged with leading, and aligning with, organisational and personal growth and change.
