About Sue

After graduating in French and Spanish I began my career in sales and marketing with 3M. I moved into market research and was Board Director and shareholder of my own market research business for over 20 years. The business grew to be one of the top 10 in the UK before it was sold to a large US-based company. I was coach and mentor to several people in my own business and loved seeing them grow as leaders. Training as a coach enabled me to combine my passions for leadership and supporting others to grow. My purpose as a coach is to support people to realise their potential and in doing so become sustainable high performers. I believe that there is a shortage of leaders who have reached the level of development at which they are comfortable leading in complexity. The world desperately needs more leaders with this capability. I have published a number of books which reflect my years of leadership experience and of coaching leaders, as well as the latest leadership thinking and neuroscience.
