I am an experienced CEO with 20 years of UK and international leadership and board experience in the Professional Services sector.
I am passionate about leadership, and supporting leaders to be their best, and am now an Executive Coach and Sounding Board advisor.

In September 2026 I retired from the top-10 accountancy firm, Forvis Mazars, after 27 years as a partner and former CEO.
In 2025 I took the plunge to “go back to school” and become an Executive Coach with the vision of supporting other leaders.
I only work with a small number of CEOs, Executives and Leaders so that I can provide the intensive support that is needed.
My style is to ‘partner with’ and support leaders to become more effective, more resilient – assisting them to lead with greater influence.
