About Laura

I am an accredited Executive and Team Coach, and leadership development facilitator. Most of my career has been spent in Talent, spanning FMCG, Finance and Law.

My purpose is to help forward-thinking, high-potential individuals and teams succeed through a focus not solely on performance, but on ongoing value creation through values-led behaviour and human connection. Diversity and inclusion considerations are at the heart of my work and I believe that great minds do not, in fact, think alike.
I am no stranger to change, having moved to Seville at 25 without speaking a word of Spanish. Five years later, I was working in the HR department of one of the largest FMCG organisations in Spain and supporting the CEO with the company’s international expansion. During my time there, I experienced the benefits of coaching first-hand and the seed was planted! Years later, back in London, I realised the value I was adding in my role as Recruitment and L&D Lead at a US law firm through my coaching conversations. That led to my decision to formally qualify as a coach.
