About Caroline

I was Head of Organisation Development and Change at the Central Bank of Ireland before becoming Global Director of Leadership Development at CRH plc (Ireland’s largest multinational). Much of my remit focused on building Leadership Development and Inclusion & Diversity functions in these complex matrix organisations. In addition to leading the development and delivery of talent strategy and succession management frameworks, I have a specific capability in designing and curating professional development frameworks that identify and enable talent to progress within organisations. While recovering from burnout I learned that attending to physical health was not enough. I immersed myself in the teachings of authors such as Brené Brown, Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Brandon Bays, Michael Neill to better understand myself and learn tools to shift my mindset, have wellbeing conversations and maintain healthy boundaries. I have been coaching throughout my career and believe that leadership is a practice; how we appear reflects on our understanding of ourselves.
