I have many years’ experience of C level operational, sales and leadership experience in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, giving me excellent perspective on varying cultural and leadership styles in different countries.

About Calum

I started in engineering but moved into sales, commercial, operational and product marketing roles before taking on executive positions. I’ve worked for start-ups, multi-national and PE owned companies with direct and matrixed teams across the globe. At Nortel I ran the EMEA services business and global sales operations and managed the sale of the GSM wireless business. At Aircom International I was the COO and UK MD. I’ve been on the Board of a German SaaS business and a joint venture in Israel, as well as being a director of Nortel Hungary and various Aircom entities. In 2014 I left my corporate career to start providing strategy and commercial advisory services. I quickly realised that what I was most interested in was working with people, using my business and management experience to help them develop. I have focused on coaching for the last few years and worked with clients from start-ups, government departments and large companies including Babcock, the FCA, the IPO, BUPA, Thomson-Reuters, Zencargo, Red Cross, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments, RBS, Vodafone, UBS, Starbucks and Spotify.
