About Beverley

I began my career doing something I love – working with people. For 2 decades I supported leaders to manage their teams more effectively. I worked with household names such as Tesco, Revlon, Nestle Purina and The Carphone Warehouse. I gained extensive experience of working cross culturally, across borders and in matrix structures. I’ve co-delivered mergers and acquisitions, re-organisation and re-structuring, change management and projects. I’ve worked in European and American cultures. In my last position as Head of HR for Europe I looked after 9 countries with 13,000 employees. In 2010 I transitioned into my second career, always having had a passion for individual relationships and having observed that leadership development frequently didn’t get the full impact promised. I trained in the US at the leading edge of learning and development and became deeply interested in how we individually achieve sustainable change, away from stuck behaviour patterns towards those that are far more fulfilling, and in service of something bigger, more rewarding and deeply satisfying.
