About Baz

My roles in industry include worldwide Sales & Marketing Director for a laser manufacturer, UK Sales & Marketing Director for an international software company and Head of Europe for an asset management company. One of my proudest achievements is playing a lead role in the first of those companies winning the Queen’s Award for Export –a team effort and one in which sales growth was a significant factor. My original degree was in electronic engineering and for many years after graduating I worked in the telecommunications industry. I have always been interested in how I can get better at whatever I do, firstly as an electronics engineer, then as a senior manager and leader, and now as a coach. As well as maintaining that focus on self-development I thoroughly enjoy helping others to realise their full potential. After nearly 20 years in the corporate sector and completing my MBA, it was a coaching course that had a profound effect on me and led me to undertake a Masters in Coaching and Development.
