After an early career in the military and political campaign management, I spent twenty years as a management consultant and member of a global executive team in a private-equity owned business. As a management consultant for Capgemini I specialised in shaping, selling and leading the delivery of transformation change programmes to clients across multiple sectors. My internal leadership roles included acting as COO for a £60M consulting practice. I co-founded and managed Capgemini Consulting’s (UK) internal Executive Coaching service which supported a more productive workforce. As global Chief of Staff and UK Country Head for Integreon, a private equity owned legal and business services firm, I supported its successful sale by working with the CEO to transform the business across its 13 international locations and providing executive leadership to the UK organisation.I qualified as an executive coach in 2010.
