As a senior leader in several high profile companies I have designed and led multiple programmes to drive business performance and cultural change. As SVP Human Resources for Mondelez Europe I led a significant transformational agenda which step changed the business This included the transfer of our coffee division into a 7 bn global joint venture, the divestment of non core brands, and major redesign of functions including outsourcing For Kraft Foods Europe, I led HR for two major integrations (Cadbury and Lu) and created a ‘people first’ engagement agenda with improved capabilities and breakthrough leadership development programs. As a Director and HR Leader at Cadbury Schweppes I led people initiatives at country, regional and global levels which included the introduction of a category led organisational model and the development of new expansions and site closures within the supply chain My roles at Coca Cola Enterprises covered manufacturing distribution, logistics and procurement responsibilities within HR which included the development of innovative partnership practices with social partners and ‘industry first’ 5 year pay deals within the supply chain. My background has given me wonderful experiences to coach and mentor leaders and HR teams through a vast array of organisational change and challenges providing for significant business and personal growth
