I am a seasoned executive with 28 years’ financial services experience and a qualified senior coaching practitioner I have reported at Board level for many years and I am the Chair of a large education and wellbeing social enterprise I bring deep and current knowledge of the challenges of frontline leadership I offer an insight into the drivers of success as well as broad international, multi industry business knowledge. I have led diverse teams of highly skilled individuals in Asia, Europe and the USA, working for blue chip companies including Schroders, Janus Henderson and Allianz I am UK based and have lived and worked in the USA and Asia, most recently as a Managing Director of DWS As a Senior Portfolio Manager, I have met, interviewed and assessed the Boards of listed companies across Emerging Markets, USA, Europe and UK My first hand experience of the challenges faced by senior leaders, particularly in the finance sector, provide invaluable context for all my coaching work
