I was a key architect behind one of the UK’s most significant healthcare transactions: the £1.44 billion private equity acquisition that transformed BUPA Hospitals into Spire Healthcare.
 
In global financial services, I played a critical role in reshaping Arthur J. Gallagher’s international platform. I led the organisational integration across 13 international acquisitions and helped build a unified, scalable, and commercially aligned global brokerage.
 
Coaching has always been an integral part of my role. I gained a diploma in executive coaching, became a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and qualified in multiple personality and team diagnostic tools.
 
Having led through high-stakes change, complex transactions, and global integration, my coaching perspective is deeply rooted in commercial reality.
